LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The NIAAA Leadership Training Program is a voluntary educational program designed by athletic administrators for athletic administrators. Athletic administrators who complete the courses will have attained additional knowledge and perspective of the athletic administrator's role. Completion of leadership courses will enhance the daily operations of the athletic department, will improve the professionalism of the athletic administrator and will have a positive effect within the school and community.

LTC Courses are offered annually at the Annual Conference in Traverse City and often at our Summer Workshop.

If you have questions and need answers or are looking for advice - please reach out to one of these folks, they are the experts and will respond within 24 hours.
