New Case Law "Gun Free School Zone"

This is a note from Allen Bush - MIAAA Attorney --

I have just received a new Court of Appeals ruling that allows schools to designate “gun free” school zones including buildings, stadiums , and other venues. The case is Michigan Open Carry v Clio Area School District   published on 12/15.

Would you please put this on your website for me as most schools will want to act as soon as they can following the guidelines in the case law.
